William Main, a life long collector, was educated in Wellington and at Canterbury University where he completed a Fine Arts Degree. Now retired in Khandallah, he desk-top publishes The Postcard Pillar
for the New Zealand Postcard Society Inc., and the G&T Gazette.
Alan Jackson has collected and written about picture postcards for many years and published two monographs on postcards. He is a co-ordinator of a worldwide collectors' forum (based in the UK) devoted to the paraphilately of WWI.
